Elizabeth A. Roberts
Elizabeth has spent her entire career devoted to the practice of assisting families. She regularly handles cases from their commencement through trial and appears in the Probate & Family Court in Middlesex, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth, Barnstable, Dukes, Bristol and Worcester Counties. In addition, Elizabeth serves as a private mediator and conciliator for parties, and has been appointed by the Court to represent children and to serve as a Master.
meaghan e. mcgovern, Esq.
Meaghan McGovern began her work with Roberts & Associates in the spring of 2021 after graduating from the Charleston School of Law. Meaghan has previously worked for the Charleston County Probate Court, where she did pro bono work for their Adult Guardianship Assistance and Monitoring Program. She has previous experience working in various fields of law including family and probate, criminal, and civil. Meaghan is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
CAITLYN M. FREEDMAN, ESQ.
Caitlyn Freedman graduated from the Suffolk University Law School in May 2021. Thereafter, she worked in Legal Services, where she focused on Housing Rights, Civil Appeals, and Consumer Protection. She continues this work as a pro bono attorney while in private practice. She has supervised pro bono attorneys on a number of successful Civil Appeals, and has successfully argued in front of a Single Justice of the Appeals Court. Caitlyn joined Roberts & Associates in February 2024, and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
