Elizabeth has spent her entire career devoted to the practice of assisting families. She regularly handles cases from their commencement through trial and appears in the Probate & Family Court in Middlesex, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth, Barnstable, Dukes, Bristol and Worcester Counties. In addition, Elizabeth serves as a private mediator and conciliator for parties, and has been appointed by the Court to represent children and to serve as a Master.

Meaghan McGovern began her work with Roberts & Associates in the spring of 2021 after graduating from the Charleston School of Law. Meaghan has previously worked for the Charleston County Probate Court, where she did pro bono work for their Adult Guardianship Assistance and Monitoring Program. She has previous experience working in various fields of law including family and probate, criminal, and civil. Meaghan is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

Melissa Stuart began her work with Roberts & Associates in the spring of 2020 after graduating from the Boston University. She then attended New England Law | Boston where she was a member of the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program. While in school, Melissa worked as an intern at the Middlesex County Probate & Family Court. Melissa is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

Christine Farzan is an Associate Attorney at Roberts & Associates. Prior to joining Roberts & Associates, she worked with Attorney Rosemary Purtell at the Law Office of Rosemary Purtell. Christine is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., where she interned on Capitol Hill for U.S. Senator Edward J. Markey. Christine volunteers as an Attorney Representing Children (“ARC”).
